FundingCheck (“we”, “us”, “our”).

FundingCheck operates a business lending referral service. We help Australian businesses explore indicative funding options by collecting information through our online qualification form and referring enquiries to our lending partners for assessment and approval.

FundingCheck is not a credit provider. We do not lend money, make credit decisions, or approve loan applications. All lending decisions are made by our lending partners in accordance with their own policies and processes.

When you use FundingCheck, the process works as follows:

1. You complete our online qualification form — providing information about your business, funding needs and contact details.
2. We assess your enquiry — using the information you provide, we match your profile against our network of lending partners to identify potential funding options.
3. We refer your enquiry — your information is shared with our lending partners who may be able to assist with your funding needs.
4. A lending specialist contacts you — to discuss your options, answer your questions and guide you through the next steps.

All rates, loan amounts, terms and other product information displayed on this website are indicative only and are subject to change without notice. They are based on general assumptions and do not represent an offer, pre-approval or guarantee of any particular outcome.

Final rates, fees, terms and conditions are determined by the lending partner upon completion of a full credit assessment. The lending partner’s assessment may result in different terms to those indicated on this website, or may result in your application being declined.

No credit check to see your options

Completing the FundingCheck qualification form does not involve a credit check. However, if you proceed with a formal application through one of our lending partners, that lending partner may conduct credit checks as part of their assessment process.

FundingCheck may receive a referral fee, commission or other payment from lending partners when a loan is settled as a result of a referral from FundingCheck. This does not affect the cost of your loan — any fees or charges are determined by the lending partner and disclosed to you as part of their credit assessment process.

By submitting your details through our qualification form, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your information will be shared with our lending partners for the purpose of assessing your funding enquiry. You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us using the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 business days.

If your complaint relates to a lending decision, you should contact the relevant lending partner directly, as FundingCheck does not make credit decisions.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may be able to escalate it to an external dispute resolution body such as the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
